Error: Error E06-13 on Clerk Z Command during Collect Sales
[Range specification error (X/Z)]
Cause: There are Open GLUs in your Sharp ECR/POS terminal
Solution: Choose one of the options below:

  • Ensure that all GLUs are finalised BEFORE collecting Sales
  • Configure your Sharp ECR/POS terminal to allow Clerk Z with open GLU
    (Requires changes to the SRV program – contact your Sharp ECR/POS dealer for assistance)
